Mentoring & Leadership Development
Raising Up Leaders Who Will Shape Haiti's Future
At FARM Haiti, we believe lasting change begins with relationships. By walking alongside the Haitian people, building trust, and investing in their lives, we have the opportunity to encourage them in their faith and help them develop the gifts and abilities God has given them.
Through biblical discipleship, personal mentoring, and leadership training, we are equipping Haitian men, women, and young people to become confident leaders in their families, churches, and communities. Our desire is to see them grow in their faith, take on greater responsibility, and share what they have learned with others.
Developing Haitian Leaders
Rodney works closely with our Haitian staff, providing practical leadership training, guidance, and encouragement as they take on greater responsibilities within FARM Haiti. Whether planning agricultural projects, solving problems, or working with local farmers, our staff are learning to make decisions and lead with confidence.
We want FARM Haiti to be a ministry led by capable Haitian men and women who understand the needs of their own communities. Seeing our staff take initiative, share their knowledge, and lead others is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
Disciples Making Disciples
One of the most encouraging things we see at FARM Haiti is our Haitian staff taking an active role in sharing the Gospel. Through regular Bible studies, prayer, and personal conversations, they are helping others understand God’s Word and grow in their relationship with Christ.
Our hope is that discipleship will continue far beyond the work of FARM Haiti. As people grow in their faith, we want to see them share what they have learned with their families, neighbors, and communities, creating a lasting impact for generations to come.
Raising Tomorrow's Leaders
We believe every young person deserves someone who believes in them, encourages them, and helps them discover their God-given potential. At FARM Haiti, our Haitian staff are investing in the next generation through Bible studies, leadership training, and personal mentoring.
Our youth are learning responsibility, teamwork, and the value of hard work through their own gardens and daily activities. More importantly, they are building relationships with mentors who care about their future and want to see them grow into strong, faithful leaders in their families and communities.
