Today, our established agroforestry areas show what years of faithful work can accomplish. By growing trees alongside food crops, we help protect the soil, provide food and other valuable resources, and build a more sustainable future for generations to come.

Since 2015, FARM Haiti has been growing and distributing trees to help restore Haiti’s land and provide valuable resources for local families.

Our nursery produces a variety of fruit trees, including mango, avocado, papaya, citrus, and other varieties that can provide food for families for years to come. We also grow trees such as mahogany and cedar for timber, shade, and long-term environmental benefits.

Many of our seedlings are distributed to local farmers, helping families plant trees on their own land and invest in a more sustainable future.

At FARM Haiti, we grow moringa trees and carefully harvest their leaves to make our own organic moringa tea.

The leaves are hand-picked, washed, shade-dried, and packaged into tea bags right here in Pignon, Haiti.

Moringa is one example of how planting trees can provide more than shade and environmental benefits. It can also create nutritious products and opportunities for local families.
